The  process of maturation in bottle  takes at the  minimum 3 years .

Its bright yellow color releases fine gold glint.
Lively,  elegant  and  fine bubbles.
Nose:
Sustained, very pleasant aromas of Underwood leaves 
Flagrance of spices.
Palate :
Tasty ,  complex
Full and fruity
Freshness of mineral on the finish and a suave note.
SERVEServe chilled at a temperature of 7-9° C
It will keep 4-6 years
